Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Items with damaged packaging
- Products that have been used
- Items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return Process
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@boyulin668.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, mail the product to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is issued.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@boyulin668.com for further instructions.
